1. Caffeine, seriously. I’m heavily reliant on it.
2. Smoking. I quit about 2 months ago but have gone longer without a cigarette. Sucks the cravings never go away. Even seeing someone smoke a cigarette on TV makes me crave one.

I've heard many men neglect work because they play video games instead.

It's ok to play video games but don't neglect your life because of it.
