I've done this, except not for a month. More to float for a while.

Ramenmaxxx. You can eat for a month on like 4 packages of eggs, generic oatmeal, ramen, etc. for $20-30.

I should be doing this in theory. Instead I still spend 10-30$ a day eating out

Gotta maintain some standard of living

Honestly yeah that diet is realistically how I should be eating srs. I tried to do something almost exactly like that but good food is addictive. I've been eating like chit for around 4 years now and enjoying it for the most part.

But if I ate like that for a year i'd prob drop 30lbs and moneymaxx in the process. I'll prob try something like that again eventually

Buying completely cheap and bland food might make it easier. Oatmeal and tea for a zen experience.
