Yeah seems super high.

Stats I see are about 5000 choking deaths a year in the US and like most things they're probably heavily weighted toward the elderly.

I think it's if you choke on your food, what is your chance in dying. Choking on your food is rare-ish. So basically it's saying if 3225 people choke on their food, you can expect one person to die. It says nothing about your chances of choking, if that makes sense. could be wrong but it makes the numbers make more sense
