do mutli-vitamins do anything besides make your penis hairs longer?

the only thing these multi-vitamins seem to do is make my penis and ball sack hairs longer, this is concerning because i only have an above average piece(1 inch soft, 4 inch hard) and and the extra growth in hair makes it look smaller

Vitamins in pills are not very bioavailable. It’s a waste of money and unnecessary chemicals. Just eat real good food.

Why the fuk wouldn't it be bioavailable? That's like saying taking gear in pill form isn't bioavailable.

Every time I take a multi I end up peeing everything out. It's this radioactive yellow colored pee. Maybe I should go no pee on days I take a multi. Maybe take a multi before bed..
