You're spot on, not really doing this for fat loss though.

Been easing into a psuedo fast the last few weeks. Been on keto a few weeks now and last two days I only ate some beef jerky, some soup and I was fuking starving yesterday so I "ate" parasean cheese because its the only thing in the house.

I have some soup packets that are 35 calories but like 700mg sodium. I have two of those a day if I dont eat anything else Ive been able to not get the bad effects of no salt.

I dont care if its not a "real" or "pure" fast. You need electrolytes.

Expert checking in. Take some salt and magnesium boyo. This won’t interfere with auto****y at all but will make you feel better.

Lmk when you hit 24 hours. It's brutal.

I know you said water fast but anything under 50 calories will keep you in a fasting state. I'd go get some Grillos pickles and enjoy one every few hours.

Your body dumps most of the electrolytes right towards the end of the first day. I recommend supplementing at last a 1/2 tsp of potassium and a 1/4 tsp of sodium per day starting at the end of the first day.

Did a 168 hours water fast before and a few of slightly smaller length. Involuntarily sharted in my pants once or twice. Also had a tiny part of my face pulsate nonstop for two hours until I took a high dosage of magnesium. Be prepared.
