And you are thinking they may moon since despite there being 97% redemptions which should be a majority vote against the merger, the merger vote passed anyways due to the PIPE, which means all those who voted against it will try to average up?

Not sure what you mean by offers on BCYP either.

Are you thinking redemption will be high for BCYP because shares are currently below NAV and if the merger gets rejected, all the bagholders will get their money back?

Sorry, not well versed in this
1. You are seeing the AH numbers on LWAC which seem absurd, but quite possible because, again, the float is reduced to 500,000 shares with 97% redemptions. Almost all the redemptions were likely arb funds collecting their 2-3% gain likely having bought at 9.7-9.8. Now that merger has passed the risk of it not going through is gone so warrants naturally shot up because the risk of no deal is gone and they'll have 4 years to collect now. Shares probably rocket upward because anyone who wants in must try to find shares and there are only 500,000 available and presumably there is likely a few institutional/long term investors holding that will be sitting on a big portion of them.

2. BCYP has no pipe which means if redemptions are high the deal could be called off- which could have happened with LWAC, but they waived the minimum cash clause. If merger rejected BCYP can try to find a new deal, but if no deal is found obviously like any other spac common holders get their $10/share back and warrant holders get nothing. I am concerned redemptions could very well be high just because its been trading mostly under $10/share for the last while.

I don't think there is a private battery company in the world that would be valued highly enough for IPOF. Maybe IPOD.

There is currently a stronger DD case for discord than impossible. Both could be pipe dreams though. Reddit and twits are ablaze with discord rumor tho

Nothing concrete just rumors. Chamath creates companies under the moniker of "The Trust Company" right before he announces a spac generally and one just popped up using the same naming format that he uses (they're also always named after a Greek God that represents the industry of said spac) the newest one is called Eris Sub Merger Inc. Eris is the God of Discord.

Again, nothing concrete just the latest rumblings.

Trying to decide if I’ll be happy my warrants finally might go up or if I’m sad I never rebought calls. Whoever it was that has 9/17 calls might be hyped AF.

Redemption is obv more profitable assuming it's a solid target but then there's the question of a looming market correction.. I will probably sell 80% most of my position if we pop.
Depends on the DA, I'll assess based on what's announced/if anything ever gets announced. Not trying to be vague but it really does depend

Warrants will most likely get called when price is above 18 for 20 of 30 trading days. Not sure if IPOF allows for cashless redemption but iirc Chamath spacs usually do.

If it’s not discord it could be sold off. It does sound like a deal could be done though. $2 isn’t bad though assuming a good deal gets done.

If it’s discord I think warrants go to 3+.

On the flip side looks like BCYP is moving, seems there's a presentation coming up this week. I'm just curious whether this will really spike as hard in Q4 since their product primarily neutralizes delta and lambda variants - problem is now we've moved onto the Mu variant and not only that but for whatever reason, if a product like Regeneron isnt being marketed at a high level, it begs the question why this one would be, unless its more effective and able to be used by all people instead of only high risk patients.
This is why polyclonal antibodies are key. They have far broader scope of effectiveness. Who says that SAB's antibodies don't work on Mu?
These things do not need to be marketed at any level. No one buys them but governments who buy in big bulk to distribute. Meanwhile do you think there is going to be any interest whatsoever in monoclonal antibodies that may or may not work against various strains? nah

I am sitting on 8,000 warrants at a $0.65 cost basis. I was a little sad my 0.4643 buy order didn't get hit this morning, but that's okay.

Realistically I am hoping that by the time the merger vote happens there is some interest and shares sit around $10.50ish so there is <25% redemptions (lowers float, but still grants the company the $$$ it needs from merger). Then they announce approval early/mid November and shares rocket to $20 on the back of a 300M contract from the US government and perhaps some other fair sized contracts from other countries. Yes I am full of unbridled optimism for no reason.

My thought is that vaccines are being aggressively pushed and if this product is approved, wouldnt that take away the governments ability to push vaccines via EUA? Of course some of them are approved, but wouldnt this product stop boosters from being administered?

I dont know what your thought is on ivermectin but they are running a smear campaign on that, I'm just concerned this product may face a similar fate if it's cheap and widely available.
It won't get fully approved, just pushed through its current phase 2/3 trial and given emergency use. It will more or less be a backstop to keep ICUs from getting overwhelmed if they can prevent patients from getting to the point they are in critical condition. Their ability to react quickly with antibody changes will be useful for when they have put more work into their influenza antibodies as well(quick is relative).

Not sure if any one else is in CRHC but pretty big volume on commons today and now 25,000 warrant offer at 5% higher than it’s traded in the last week. Maybe something coming soon??

Looked at commons and they had a huge 1.2M share block buy earlier today as well. Something is definitely up and I might presume there is an insider buying a lot of shares. I'll watch market action tomorrow, but might add more warrants in hopes of seeing something legit brought forward from Cohen.

Also might snag some IRNT $20 calls for October and see if gambling is still fun or not.

Unsure right now. I mean if it becomes a billion dollar company and valuation moves X3 to $30/share each warrant is suddenly worth $15-20ish. It might really depend on timing of going public and when their phase 3 is done + the size of contracts signed. This company is the moderna of antibodies in that they have the best product on the market and the technology making it has further applications for things like influenza which is recruiting for its trials too. As has been obvious in the past I am bad at guessing how investors will value companies like this that have high ceilings that might have trouble scaling

Yea, it seems that warrants are suppressed now. You'll see a warrant pop but its muted. The warrants usually start to trend up right before vote confirmation. Pre da Warrants under a dollar have potential for some large gains still.

Most commons arent popping which limits the warrant pop. You would need huge volume for the shares to pop as the arbs are holding the bulk of it. With shares staying in the 10 range you most likely wont see warrants pop above $3 at most.

Das alright mang. My position is already almost up 50%. I'm guessing this bank just bought a truckload of warrants. 240,000 traded hands a couple days ago. Between that and oil my port looks nice. PAYO kinda long dicking me tho ngl
