Envy lol. Yeah im real envious of all the crime you have to deal with. And paying out the ass losing all your 'baller' earnings. I live in a low COL area while making half of what the two of you do. Own a 'cheap' 70k house and 33k new 21 car. Im doing good.

A friend of hers started at a digital marketing agency and they had been looking for someone who does SEO so she recommended them to reach out to my wife. Wife has all credentials etc for this and was hired on spot and put in charge of a team of people. When she told current derm job what all went down she was told they couldn't lose her so now she works remotely for both of these companies and handles derm clinic as if it were just another client.

Yeah my husband always wanted me to work for the $$$, although I took 4 years off to stay home with our daughter. I'm still paying off that credit card debt.....but it was worth every second to be with her. It's such a mixed bag to have the wife work. She definitely should work when you don't have kids, or the kids are older.

I make about as much as he does, too, so it's $300K but we are near San Francisco, so the cost of living sucks.

Das it mayne. Unless you are $10k/day CEO or minimalist-maxxing it's damn near impossible to make it on one income these days if you have kids. And $200k in Atlanta is solid. Just did a COL calculator and where I live is about 10% lower, and my wife and I are financially comfortable with about 125k gross at the moment and one kiddo. An extra $60-70k a year to match y'alls COL for COL and we would likely never have to stress over money again.

I make 110k in a sneaky high col area (Austin) feel like im cuckin myself :-/

ive started to day dream about Houston, orlando, miami or las vegas. no state tax for me, so Florid, Nevada and texas are the only real states im considering. remote work life
