I get that cops are just doing their job but it's pretty pointless harassing someone to wear a mask when they're outside and metres away from anyone else. Would ignore and find bigger problems to deal with.

Distance is far more effective than placebo masks. Yet people obsessed with enforcing their will on others will close the distance immediately to confront the maskless.

How about staying 6 feet away? Almost like the "mask" bullsh!t has always been about control, and an excuse for the Marxist ****gits to add another foot or two to their imaginary moral pedestal.

There was a study that reached the conclusion that 6ft was no different that 60ft. It was exposure time that determined transmission.

Those two officers standing over her and talking for any length of time is what is creating any risk.

Here is an article discussing two factors of transmission not covered in the MIT study, which focused on the farther travel of aerosolized particles capable of penetrating a basic surgical mask, which will only effectively stop larger particles expelled when coughing and sneezing.

This study is about an indoor setting. Outdoor exposure risk is pretty much limited to someone standing in front of you and talking/breathing out these aerosolized particles for longer than a few moments.

Hence why the officers in the picture are creating the risk they think their attempting to eliminate.
