GJDM but can you run a sub 4 minute mile?
No man has the right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training. It is a shame for a man to grow old without seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable.

I like runnin, it brings on the pain. its one of the best way to train your mental toughness is to keep runnin mile after mile day after day when ur body keeps tellin u "screw this shiet". gives me good stamina for clappin too even if though I usually don't last long anyway.

What does everyone do to improve their 5k times? Sprints or longer runs? I'm at about 26 minutes for 3 miles.

Absolute poverty 5k time

Goes:

Under 20 = you are a legitimate athlete

20-22 = you are fit

22-25 = you are in shape but probably a little chunky

25-30 = you just started training cardio

30+ = you are in a high risk mortality group for Covid

I used to run 10k sub 45 twice a week in between other grueling workouts for sports. I'm trying to get back to that level of cardio and better
