Shoes with a raised heel will destroy your posture. (srs)

I've been buying nike frees for 10 years now and they have a raised heel. just discovered that this leads terrible posture. direct your attention to my davinci caliber illustration below.

Flat soles should correct Anterior pelvic tilt. This is why women that wear high heels have the duck booty.



Can't believe i didn't figure this out sooner. Posting for anyone else who is stupid like me.

Edit: Bought some 60$ vans and already feel more upright. srs.

Correct. When I found this out at 17, I walked barefoot in public at night for a few weeks. I realized how much of a wanker I looked because of it, so I stopped and haven’t worn a non-flat shoe in years.
