Whatever happened to him? I know his uncle or someone basically took over all his stuff and took him off everything after his grandmother passed.

When i was younger we got stuck there after our car breaking down and i thought it was pretty sweet

I worked out there before jason got on youtube or any of that, in fact it was before there was youtube. i used to hang out with some people that went to high school with jason. Golds in Delray was a pretty legit spot back then. lots of big fellas and fine girls in there. I was the strongest guy in the gym for a while (no brag) its where i had my best years lifting.
Richard was always in there, anytime of day you showed up. great guy. Big Lenny was a super nice guy too. he used to tell me crazy stories about his strong man friends doing meth before they went to competitions. Big Lenny was really strong back then, deadlifting 600 plus, benching 405 for reps. he kept me motivated for sure as i saw him as an old dude who was almost as strong as me.


When Jason first showed up he would practice these screaming round house kicks in the middle of the gym. he was real big on grunting and moaning on every rep, even warm ups. The kid was in special classes in high school, hes legit like, disabled. He would always come talk to me when i saw him up there. always telling me how he was going pro and all that. couple times he came up to me with his digital camera (yes that old) and wanted me to take pics of him posing in the locker room, super awkward. It was actually pretty good times back in the day.

My Nephew's grew up there. Sister moved there for high school teacher job back in 1990. Man that place sucks. We used to go to visit a few times a year when i was a teenager. Bunch of rednecks. They are super liberal retarded so they hated it too.

I do remember the girl across the street. Definitely would have smashed if i stayed there more than 1 night.

lol yeah I mean I'm just trolling and went to Ocala, silver springs and a few other cities around. Wasn't too bad TBH but nothing special. However there was some roads in Silver Spring that weren't paved so you'd really need a truck and some scary looking meth shacks. It's probably just a stereo type but if I was gay or black or without a truck I'd feel like it was dangerous

Meanwhile Floral City / Haines City seemed like more of the redneck stuff I'm use to

That area of north central Florida Ocala, Alachua, Gilchrist is fuking boring. Everything is closed by 8pm it gives me the creeps driving there by night. It doesn’t even feel like Florida
