Friendly reminder here for a women's health issue I dont see mentioned much. We see a lot of awareness campaigns for breast cancer or ovary cancer and numerous other ones.


But one female health issue I rarely see mentioned is prostate health. If your loved ones (significant other, partner, mother, sister) or you yourself are a female with a prostate and are of age 45 or older you are going to want to schedule a prostate exam to screen for cancer. Female prostate exams are conducted the same as male prostate exams so you can follow the common medical advice given to males here. I realize a lot of the existing articles out there are pretty bigoted and only see this as a mens health area.

Im not talking about skene gland. I am talking about females with prostates.
