Miscers - What is your net worth?

I'm proud to say if you count my car value, and my retirement accounts (including the non-vested amount, which will be vested next year) I'm sitting at just over $100k net worth. Not bad for a 26 years old rentcel, but I've witnessed better.

Liquid about 97k so close to 100.

Equity on property 1 around 230k, property 2 around 250k. Minus 75k in between student loans and personal debt. If I sell all and settle all debts, I walk away with 500k net. Crazy to write it out like this, I still feel broke AF.
