Just showed my liberal sister in law a video of people protesting Trudeau at one of his campaign stops yesterday.


She says: "Darn antivaxxers, always causing trouble"....


No reference to antivax in the crowd was seen that day, only fuk Trudeau signs and conservative party signs....

I don't know really. I'd say try to avoid people that lack the ability of critical thinking and bias. But honestly that'll lead to a very lonely existence.

this has been difficult for me as well, because the good friend that I’ve had for 10 years has finally shown his true colors. it’s a very similar issue, but his is complete indifference. He constantly says things like “I just don’t understand why everybody’s upset about this“ and “It’s just a vaccine and this is no different than the flu”.

I always knew he was a pushover, but it has really made me see him for who and what he really is. he’s a man that can’t act like a man. he has no principles, he won’t stand up for anything, he walks away from all confrontation, and is the kind of person that thinks the government has our best interest and knows our needs. He was bullied in high school, and the woman he married was one of his bullies. My wife got the chits of her saying unpleasant and hateful things to her, so she cut her off too. His mother is a big fat liberal, and his father a redneck ******* and his mother let him know constantly, so he learned to hate his father at an early age and sees any strong character in others as tyrannical or abrasive.

He sums up the Moderate Liberal perfectly. Refusing to take a stand for anything, I’m just going with it so that he stays out of trouble and doesn’t have to deal with adversity. He still wants to talk about video games and science fiction all day, and hates politics. He calls himself a Christian, but his interpretation of the Bible is very abstract. In other words, I’m pretty sure that his mother got his wires crossed in his brain.

They are fine with actual criminals protesting being arrested and charged with violent crimes they have committed. But if you want to protest something being forced on you is causing trouble. I have heard that a lot of liberals want to make it so that the government can decide what people protest and not. So an "unsanctioned" protest can be made illegal. Litterally North Korea and China.

I understand why people like the idea of voting liberal. But it comes from a fundamental misunderstanding of how things function.

Some Liberal ideas aren't bad, but we are sliding so far left.

Money isn't free
Liberal spending is not sustainable
Stimulation packages delay the inevitable
Freedom isn't something to be squandered
When you give up a right or privilege, you seldom get it back.
Personal accountability is essential.

Despite knowing what things actually cost in the USA, and knowing how inefficient the system is, I don't mind paying taxes for Healthcare.

There are good things.

Lately it's become much, much more apparent. Most right leaning people I know will seek multiple sources of information, whereas most liberals are content to stick to one or two far left news sources without ever fact checking anything. Hence why so many don't even think ivermectin has ever been for humans and why they called the lab leak hypothesis racist propaganda.
