If anyone want advice, chase strength in 3-10 range AND eat to see the scale move at least 1 lb every 2 week. If the scale does not move, you are not making efficient use of your efforts. If you are in your first year of training, you can even shoot for more scale movement. 1lb per week. If you are in your first 6 months, you can bump it to 1.5lbs/ week. Put coca butter on, I still have zipper stretch marks almost 30 years after going from 140 to 190 in a couple years. Wish I had known enough to moisturize arm pits, lats and inner thighs!
