Miscers, is this a good investor home to fix and flip?
looks like it needs a little DIY and something is wrong with the sink, maybe the hole is clogged

what is the margin between buy-fix sell
if its low avoid...also is the neighbor

are you sure the sinkhole is that
big? if so the house cost should be halfed
the same goes for the land ,both would cost 10k
like michigan abandoned house.

disclosure history will scare off buyers, that and the structural integrity is likely compromised so 200K + the cost of building a new house
original owners probably took the payout and ran. The property isn't worth the tax bill

The neighbourhood looks rundown. Might be hard to get your money back if you had to dump a bunch of cement down the hole and then renovate
