Tales of Arise is reviewing well

Honestly wasn't expecting it to review this well, but am very happy it is. Hope it sells well. Need to wrap up Tales of Vesperia before picking this up. As of typing this, it's a 88 on opencritic and metacritic.

I thought it looked like a pretty awesome. I played Zesteria for a while, then took a break and forgot how to actually play. Not that it was terribly complicated to begin with, it's just hard to remember the systems and be efficient in combat. Pretty annoying but might just skip and try out Arise on sale.

i think i'll wait until I see some user reviews, do these critics even play the entire game? or do they judge based on a few hours?

visually and gameplay wise it looks great so IMO I think it'll probably be great.

I planned to get it from the jump and the demo sold me even more. Gonna avoid all reviews at this point.

Give me a non spoiler review when you get it ploz. Mostly if the story and game play are engaging and polished. I hate looking at reviews due to how much spoilers they contain. I've never played the demo or any previous games so I have no clue what anything is about, I just saw the trailer and found it looked cool.

So to those of you who got it, what do you think? I have only played Symphonia and about halfway through Vesperia.

I got too much to play at the moment. Will wait for it to hit game pass or on sale.

Hows the game so far? this one looks pretty good and the demo seemed fine ... But I couldnt get into the button mashey, simple but overly complicated combat of Berseria because the tutorials were trash ..... Is this game better in that sense and is everything explained better?
