The nudity wouldn't bother me so much as being forced to join some club.

Nudist beaches/camps are not rare in NZ, most are clothing optional and not strictly nude. I've stayed at a couple, they are almost empty in the winter time. And the beaches are 10/10 pristine.

I mean its in a gated community thats a nudist colony... The last thing you'd probably want is some normie family buying that home or some wasp prude complaining to the city or whatever... I dunno what zoning or laws effect nudist communities but im guessing thats the reason
