physique. even with the help of cell tech, some people just don't got it in them to have what it takes to achieve their goals.

My buddy went on sarms (rad and ostarine and mk)
Natty bulked, did p/p/l twice a week
Gained 35 lbs but has given up hope

life is too short to worry about that chit
just do whatever you want and be happy with what you got
plus, most people don't even reach their full potential anyways and choose to foodmax, alchoholmax instead of taking care of their body. Heck, that's most miscers if you think about it lol.

True. I'm happy maintaining around 175lbs lean at 6'1. I'll never be the shredded guy at 190-205lbs like zyzz I came to that realization a few years back.

It’s true. If you are a claviclecel with poverty waist, I wouldn’t bother going for anything more than just a relatively lean athletic physique
"The flowers bloom, then wither... The stars shine and one day become extinct. This earth, the sun, the galaxies and even the big universe, someday will be destroyed. Compared with that, the human life is only a blink, just a little time. In that short time - people are born, laugh, cry, fight, are injured, feel joy, sadness, hate someone, love someone. All in just a moment. And then, are embraced by the eternal sleep called death."

People are whining in this thread that it’s impossible to be 6’ 190 - 205lbs ripped. Which is just ridiculous thinking. I’m 6’ and sit between 195-205lbs 12-13% bf, and I’ve only done strength programs for the past few year’s. I’m sure if I did a hypertrophy specific program I could put on 5-10lbs easy.
I’m also in my mid-30’s and natty. It just comes down to miscers not wanting to put the work in.
I didn’t feel like lifting today, but I did it anyway. Lots of miscers, just don’t even try when they don’t feel like lifting and then complain when they don’t see the results they want.

lol this is what people who think gear is magic think
The reason people have insane physiques is they either have insane genetics and busted their ass off or they have gained tons of knowledge and experience over years of advanced lifting and reading/learning from experts and busted their ass off
If I do a set of squats and you do a set of squats I guarantee theres going to be massive differences in how they look. That comes from years of experience and training, not gear, not genetics.

Next is most people are completely lost in the gym. They can't put their heads around a lifting routine. There is no excuse nowadays to not have good form and a good routine. There are thousands of videos online and even apps that can show a total novice how to have a good lifting routine. It's somewhat genetic but everyone can look better always. There is no ceiling unless you're missing all of your limbs. People are just undisciplined degenerates that would rather taste a fookin disgusting 3k cal piece of dough covered in cheese and drink poison than look and feel good.

my point here is its very simple to eat right, high protein, whole food, low fat. Not keto, not carnivore, not Intermittent fasting.
Also there is no right food. I look better this year eating 96/4 ground beef than I did last year eating chicken breast, does that mean beef is better? no I just chose beef as my lean protein source as opposed to chicken. both have similar enough amino acid profiles it doesnt matter, I could have had fish, lean pork, venison, or turkey. Doesnt matter. What matters is not giving yourself 2-4 cheats every week when youre 20% bf and have no insulin sensitivity

Most humans just aren't that strong or muscular relative to other animals. Most other animals with out weight (cheetah , orangutans, 200 lbs bear, aps, wolf, 100 lbs+ dog, chimp, female lions) are much stronger than we are. I read that Chimps are about 4X the strength of humans.(Source:https://abcnews.go.com/Health/Wellne...e%20University. ) They can also run about 25 mph on average. The fastest human on record can run about 26 mph. The very fast 100+ lbs dog can run about 30 mph maximum.
What humans have is brains.

What humans have is brains.

Can confirm.
I got to 6'4 and 235lbs lean... still had chitty bicep insertions that bothered me.
It's nice turning 35 and realizing being the 90th percentile is easy and more than good enough for physique.
