Rate this steak dinner /10

From a fancy little restaurant down near the ocean.

The owner is cool as hell, he's involved in every part of the operation and keeps it running top notch even in the summer when it's jammed with tourists. He's extremely proud of the place and will absolutely SHRED people on yelp if they give a bad review. it's pretty funny

medium rare Filet that one could cut with a fork, Parmesan Risotto that is so fukking hnnngggg then some garlic & oil brussel sprouts

PRs: Back Squat- 410x1 / Front Squat- 320x1/ Bench- 325x1 / Deadlift- 505x1

That looks like my kind of food. I'm most interested in the risotto. Is that ravioli across the table?

Looks delicious but small as fuk. You're going to have to eat an actual steak when you get home.

I always try to be apologetic in my replies on Yelp / google.

lmao yea 10oz filet, that's as big as they come there, hence why I go for a ribeye when I'm starving.

You'd be surprised how filling that risotto is though, sh!t is thick with the cheese

It’s too thick, risotto should move when stirred and be liquid/have life not be stiff and clumpy.

Shredding people on Yelp for giving the place a bad rating? Guy sounds like a winner.

I have seen him post a decent response to an actual legit review

the appetizer steak looks tasty but needs a baked or hasselback potato as the side and not that hippy food

I prefer my risotto stiff and lumpy though...
