warm up more EVERY time before exercising.
Ice is nice after a workout.
I've had both golfer and tennis elbows in both of my arms. That **** sucked and I've learned my lesson now

From Jay Cutler Jay Mail: (this is about preventing inflammation)
Supplement with omega 3 fats - Krill oil is a great option here. Getting your omega 3 and omega 6 balance better (towards omega 3s) can help you reduce inflammation.
Supplement with a high strength curcumin, with bioperine for better absorption (you need the bioperine for it to really work). This is a really awesome anti-inflammatory!
Don't eat any fried foods which have been cooked with low quality oils, this usually causes the gut to flare up and become inflamed. Ever noticed after an unhealthy take out your stomach feels bad? That's why.
Keep dairy content low, a lot of people have issues processing dairy especially in higher volumes. I find those who cut back see the benefits with their gut.
Get an intolerance test done for your gut - if you are eating anything your stomach is intolerant to, your gut will get super inflamed!
