I just saw a male rape a female, what do?

Brahs! I just saw a rape! It happened in my garden, they live on the same property as me, so we share a garden! I saw them from my window...the male was hitting on her hard and she wasn't into it, and then he just forced himself on her, she didn't seem to enjoy it. They both live here too. Ok, so now they are just kind of standing around in the garden by the shed...she is really not looking happy and he is not touching her or even relating to her, he just looks dominant. I think I should tell my housemates...I am just not sure...they are often communicating and my housemates would consider them friends...but what I saw did not look happy....misc...wot do?!
