i think i was texting and looking at my phone while i was walking and ran right into the pole. not looking ahead where i was going. of course the drinks were a contributing factor. shiit happens.

IF/OMAD. no refined sugar in 30+ years. i only drink alcohol once a week max. no beer - only tequila/seltzer/lime. i'm a social drinker - i never drink at home. also - high test, fast metabolism. i purposely don't keep a lot of food in the house. work out 7 days/week.

i may be too late, but try silicone strips on the nose. I gashed my nose bridge hoping into an uber to go to airport one time. THe first day/night i put neosporin until it scabbed, then did silicone sheets to speed up healing and prevent scarring
