I did almost a month being sober, it’s much better coping with alcohol tho

what's wrong with caffeine? i like my 4-5 cups of coffee every morning. it has antioxidants. and i need a little tequila and red meat at least once a week to keep me honest and to keep the test up.

I'm drink 2 cans of 180mg rockstars, and also smoking half a pack a day.

Maybe my nasal issues will be better without being hopped up on these.

the weed, cigs, and rockstars i agree with. i also think refined sugar is poison and haven't consumed it in 30+ years.
