Just got approved for unpaid leave from company

No more health benefits but this potentially means no gap in work history (lol fk covid)

Got told to reach out when I'm feeling better or if I decide to end my employment with them.

Lol, seems like a sweet deal. In an union so my seniority will be put on pause though.

"HR business partner will move you to an unpaid leave. That will shut off your health benefits, etc.

Please reach out when you are feeling better, or if you decide to end your employment. As per the Collective Agreement your seniority maybe affected."

Around April 2020, I started to get ringing in my ears from water stuck during showers, would happen every day. Eventually, my lead hand forwarded my case to the disability advisor.
