Yeah, I'm surprised how nobody reacts to the fact the woman avoids the victim falling to let her tramble down the stairs, instead of catching her as any decent person would do. Not only that but doesn't react at all to a violent assault. Lobotomized NPC right there.

Everyone seems to be on "violence mode now." Nowadays, if somebody cuts in line and you tell the person to go to the back, you'll probably get shot/stabbed/brutally beaten etc.

Agreed, the people that standby when things like this happen, just WTF. It's a city mentality, the more people are around, the less people care.

It makes no sense to have an escalator out in the mountains somewhere, but when you rarely see another human being on a hiking trail, you might stop, say hello and ask them how their day is. It's a stark difference that illustrates the problem with being in confined spaces with tons of people around.

its not snitching. in NYC there are cameras everywhere so police could easily trace him from the building to his home

This, he was also probably using OMNY on the subway or apple pay along the journey aswell. They probably knew who he was before he even went home(if he didn't hide out somewhere else in vain until then)
