Didn’t touch the IRA, but liquidated 100% of side trading account at $27.78 earlier this morning that was holding cash I plan to use in the next 9 months.

PLTR obvs, stay safe out there, VOSO proving a safe place to put cash for the moment, lol.

The market is in a pretty unique position. Honestly, anybody with half a brain post 2008 meltdown made money, with a short retraction in the market half way through that was short lived.

With low interest rates the fed has pushed investment wholly into the stock market. Bonds have been slaughtered, nobody holds them when typically they would be 20%-30% of a balanced portfolio.

We have massive stimulus in every country and huge government supports putting money into peoples pockets. I'd argue most of those people don't spend it on necessities and yolo'd it into the market.

Safe havens like gold are not attractive yet as there's no fear in the market. Once we have a catalyst to return us back to "normal" that will likely change. Whether that be tapering, interest rate increase, inflation issues.

Long story short, the only way to chase yield is to be in the market right now. Investors have no choice but to pump up the stock market as there's no other alternative currently. This is not typical.

Who knows how long this will go on though, that's anybody's guess.
