I'm unvaccinated for now. I use to say J&J would be my first choice if I had to, because it's 1 shot and I was under the mistaken belief that it was a traditional vaccine. But it's not traditional and I think it's actually had the highest complications of the vaccines commonly available in the US. Based on what I know today my choice would be Pfizer. I don't consider myself an anti-vaxer. My parents are vaccinated and, I think, given their age it was probably a good idea. To me, it's just a risk/benefit analysis and I don't see enough benefit to outweigh the perceived risks. The hard part right now in making an informed decision is that I have zero trust that the data regarding the risks from covid and covid vaccines are being portrayed accurately.

Having said that, I do think think the medical professionals are giving the best advice they can based on the information they have been given. Short-term risks of the vaccine appear to be low. My feeling is that long term side effects will also prove to be low, I just don't care to be in the test population.

Not Anachron but as far as I can tell the Moderna and Pfizer are both the same tech (mRNA) while the J&J is the viral vector type. I was under the impression prior to starting this thread that the J&J was the closest thing to a traditional vax. However I have since learned otherwise, and if it becomes mandatory for me to get the jab at this point I am leaning heavily towards becoming a Pfizer guinea pig over the other two.

doing something you dont want to do to your body because someone else threatens you if you do not is a big deal. It doesnt matter what it is because those people truly believe it is not safe for them and forcing someone to do something they do not feel safe just because based on your opinion it is, is extremely manipulative and sadistic.

who cares about weekly net, its about yearly and only counting what you get paid for work, not all this other investment nonsense because most people have investments and dont calculate that into their "salary'

contract work is different because its not assured and constant, so there are some days im sure you can pull in big money, theres weeks I make an extra 1k+ working contract work ontop of my salary, that doesnt mean i go around saying i made double what someone else made in weekly net.

Real estate agents can make 4k in one week then nothing the next two weeks then 1k the final week, weekly net means ****all outside of salary work.

Just lol @ letting your employer of all people tell you what to put in your body.

"My vaccine only works if you take yours!"

Those are the real pussies.

No one should be telling other people what to do. Half the people advocating mandatory vaccines will scream for hours defending the right to abort their own children. Fukkin' psychopaths.

That's the standard you all have for this vaccine.
Other FDA approved drugs/vaccines have been tested and evaluated for 10-12 years. We have a much better understanding of their risks, side effects, what other medications/drugs they'll conflict with, etc.

I'd inject herion, meth or ******* into my bloodstream before I'd inject the vaccine. I could use them for 2 or 3 times with more confidence in the short term and long term side effects/risks. I'd also inject SARM's and other non-approved anabolic substances before I'd inject the vaccine. As they have far more research and data into as well.

I'm not anti-vax in the least. More people need to get the vaccine. But I do acknowledge I'm healthy and haven't had any issues up to this point. No real reason to test out the vaccine on myself when so many other people want it & need it. In a few years when we know more I'll happily get it.

It really just blows my mind that so many people blindly ttust drug companies. The white house isn't even making vaccines mandatory for their staff lmao.

I got the Moderna vaccine shots back in March and April of 2021. No problems. Never had corona. Never stopped going to bars, restaurants, and gym except for a couple of months when they were closed in Florida. I'm slim, eat relatively healthy, work out daily, and get 1 hour of sun daily. I drink some tequila occassionally. No drugs or smoke. No pre-existing conditions. Age 51.

Any one have more info on theNovavax?Out of all of them, this one interests me the most because it is traditional and not mRNA or Viral. They were supposed to start trials in India for October. Anyone have any update about it?

It seems promising. However, it will be interesting to see if they push continual booster shots. The series of shots you get for hep b are the same type of technology and last a long time.

Hold me boyos. With Mein Fuhrer Biden's latest unconstitutional executive order, I have until Nov 22nd to be fully jabbed, including the post #2 jab 2 week holding period. This means I have until Oct 11 to start the Moderna protocol, or Oct 18 for Pfizer I believe. As of right now I am leaning towards the dink pill fellas, as theirs seems to be the least worst currently available option. What say you Misc, do I go with the boys with the little blue pill?

And no, quitting/letting them fire me is not an option. I told myself from the get go that the only way I would take the jab is if it came down to that or losing my career, so here we are...
