Pennsylvania to NJ

You go from trailer parks, chewing tobacco and slim Jim’s everywhere to a state where people can actually read and exercise.

Jersey City is a different world from Manhattan.

Awful populations exist everywhere, except I think the "South" carries a certain ethos particularly more offensive than civilization in the North.

Rural areas in the South have all the inbreds. Nice as can be and love Jesus, but extremely racist in most cases and very low IQ and standard of living.

On the east coast honestly anything below NY.. the areas touching NY from PA and NJ pass.. but both those states get very trashy the more you head south.
