Yes if they can fit all this criteria:
A) fully black
B) have an slave ancestor that they can prove direct relation to
C) do not share genetic code with enslavers (white, jew, congolese)

Payments should be paid on a per slave basis and distributed between all their offspring, so around 60k per year worked as a slave distributed between 100s of their descendsnts

That doesn't even do it. Many, many, children resulted in slave women and white men. And if slavery was still ongoing, those would have been slaves as well.

No, because their lives are actually better off as a whole than if they were born in Africa. More opportunities, welfare programs, access to medicine, etc. here. Our "poor" people are fat with $1000 phones and $200 shoes in homes that they don't have to pay for.

While some of their ancestors had a horrible life, they are better off now for it.

crazy how there were only 388k slaves brought over to USA, and that 388k turned into 50 million current day blacks in usa in like 300 years
if current trends continue there wil be like 20 billion africans in USA in another 300 years.
