Srs answer: probably twice max if I was able to lift. Never needed more to progress, and it is so taxing.

once a week.
If you are just starting out and making weekly gains, then you should do it multiple times per week. Eventually, you won't recover fast enough to do it every other day. (disclaimer: this advise does not apply if you are not lifting heavy a fuk and with maximal effort)

Once but I tweaked my piriformis a few weeks ago and am thinking of just cutting them out entirely srs

Doing Romanian and trap bar dead’s after my squat days will prob be enough. Maybe I’ll do heavy trap bar deads once a week.

Maybe once a month but i'm a 160lb twink so don't come to me for lifting advice. I just mainly do bodyweight stuff with my weighted vest.

0 times per week. I much prefer RDLs when in a hypertrophy phase. I only do hypertrophy training these days, not much interest in strength.

When I used to actually program deadlifts for strength I only program heavy pulls every 3-4 weeks. Meanwhile I continue to do speed work 1x a week but at only 60-70% of my max. For whatever reason my CNS cannot handle pulling heavy more frequently than that. I instead focus on good mornings, reverse hypers and such.

strong username to content ratio

but for real. two times a week. I count Romanian Deadlifts, Dumbbell deadlifts, Trap Bar, etc as deadlifts. But to be specific I do heavy conventional once a week and the other day Romanian. My left hip/glute medius has been angry at me, probably due to sitting down a lot due to work so it's not allowing me to deadlift.

Once every 2-3 weeks. Takes a while to recover if you are pulling decent weight. 2-3 times a week is asking for a injury.

My main reason for barely doing them is not wanting to get hurt, I want to be able to lift/exercise for years to come and have been lucky to be injury free for 9+years.

Once I do heavy for 3x3, second is 10x3 at fairly light weight.

I'm thinking of going this route. I understand it hits slightly different on the muscle groups, but seems it would go a long way on protecting the lower back.

Twice. Currently running a variation of 5/3/1 Boring But Big. I do 5×10 RDL after 5/3/1 squats on Tuesdays, then I do 5/3/1 deads on Friday. But I have my training max set way low at the moment, so my AMRAP sets are in the 8-12 rep range. (Pulled 385×10 on my last "1+" set)

Currently once every two weeks if I feel like it. Been taking a little break, had a little tweak in my back earlier this year and lost my mojo for lifting for a bit.

I can progress into the high 300's on basic programming with 3 hard sets of 5 pulling once a week. In the past, I've had to pull twice a week to improve beyond that and get into the mid 400's.

Not an expert, just observations from a guy who started lifting in his mid 30's.
