Bodybuilding Shakes - Anyone try these?

See below:

https://www.bodybuilding.com/content...e-recipes.html

Sometimes I don’t have a lot of time to make a big healthy meal. These take 5 mins to make when you good at it. Pretty fast to drink too.

I do a modified version of the almond blast shake, But with walnuts & different serving amounts in the recipe. Here’s the nutrition details:

Prep Time:
5 mins (once your a pro)
Calories - 1,255
Fats - 65g
Saturated - 16.75g
Polysaturated /Monosaturated - 48.5

Protein - 51.5g
Sugar - 54g (2g out of 54g being added sugar so its okay)…natural sugar from raisins & milk

Cliffs:
Why eat dinner when you can just drink it?

"I am like getting the feeling of cumming in the gym; I'm getting the feeling of cumming at home; I'm getting the feeling of cumming backstage; when I pump up, when I pose out in front of 5000 people I get the same feeling, so I am cumming day and night. It's terrific, right? So you know, I am in heaven."

Healthy Monosaturated/Polysaturated fats though - 1/4cup walnuts, 3 spoonfuls of peanut butter, 2 cups of milk. I use normal milk...if you don't want the saturated fats & want to lower it -

can just use skim milk.

i feel the oats and the milk are wasted on that shake, since you cant really taste the difference IMO between milk/water, and the oats are just there... but yeah thatd be good.
