Physique update

Who am I you ask? A friend.

It's finally here, the thread no one has been waiting for.

I'm 47, at 46 I went the Greg Doucette route. I mostly post in the misc hospice section.

10 months ago...(one picture is a duplicate, that was an unavoidable error)

Thanks, and to the other posters as well. I can't quote multiple people on my phone to comment unfortunately.

I do a 3 day bro-slpit and one day full body to hit everything up for a second time.

My diets decent, I don't really eat any junk or snacks. Mostly fat or protein and not going crazy with carbs.
