Dragon flag is a lift? If so, then my favorite "lift" right now would be muscle ups. Its cool to do something that vast majority of people think its a super hero move lol.
If lift, id say bench press because im currently trying to break a PR while keeping a lean bf%

Deadlifts. I finally have more than 300lbs of weight and hit 335x3 last week, going for 345x3 this week, and goal is 405x3 by end of year. By next year I’m hoping to be in the 500’s.

Squats. Usually my favorite anyway but only just within the last week have I been able to reach back and grip the bar with my arm I had surgery on in April. Weak as hell right now feel like I'm getting noob gains again.

As far as the OP, I don’t have a favorite lift over all, just favorite lifts for body parts.
Upper back: chest supported rows
Lats: chin grip lat pulldowns
Chest: hammer plate loaded press
Shoulders: high incline DB press
Triceps: seated French press
Rear delts: seated cable face pulls
Biceps: incline curls
Forearms: cable hammer curls with ropes
Ass: DB RDLs
Quads: paused leg extensions
Hams: seated leg curls with forward lean
Calves: calf press

Planche. It took me forever to get to even tuck planche because I have zero hand balancing experience. Most guys that go for planche are already solid with hand stand. Also, I didn't know about frog stance/crane pose till I was already kinda sorta able to tuck planche momentarily. Now I am pretty solid at tuck planche for time and can go advance tuck for a couple/few seconds. When I was starting, I had to really concentrate on scapula depression and protraction, now I just naturally do it. Feels good. I will get full planche, most likely not by this year, but possible within first quarter of 2022.

For an actual lift it would be seated, dumbbell rows with chest supported. I get the best squeeze.
The closer we approach the uncertainty of life's ending the more we wish to trade all of the things we have acquired in exchange for all of the things we have lost: wealth for youth, knowledge for fresh curiosity, resignation for hope. We'd trade our wisdom for new experiences, but it is wisdom that will teach us that at the end of the road the only new experience is death.
