I think anything above a solid D cup is excessive. I wouldn't blame a woman for getting a reduction down to a D, for sure. All that excess fat sagging the titties for no real reason. All I care about is a good solid handle to grab and a nice set of Ds gives me that.

Likewise, a full B should be the minimum. Anything below that and I'd fully support implants to bring them up to Cs/Ds.

There is a genetic variant, but to say there isn't a diet variant simply isn't true. Fat women don't have natural, healthy looking tits like fitter women do.
