Total War sucks, IMO. All it did was give me tingles all over.

Gorilla Mode is the best but the shipping costs to the UK are ridiculous so don't boter with that. Greg Doucette has a very similar pre-workout to gorilla mode which ships to the UK at a reasonable cost.

Gorilla Mode. I bought a tub last week and I love it. Also Gorilla mind smooth is very solid as well for a nootripic.

Derek from moreplatesmoredatesdotcom does a great job explaining whats in it and he also dissects other pre workouts. He also talks a lot about datdere.

Greg’s one is Fkn dogsht compared to gorilla mode, MPMD did a vid about it and showed he skimped out on lots of sht

If you're looking to save money, OP, this is the best way to go.

If you can't be bothered, I really like Dymatize PreWO. All around good numbers, no dyes, tastes good. Find it on sale though because the regular price is just stupid.

Nothing comes close to the OG pre workouts unfortunately, even the ones that state that they have dmaa in it.

Only thing I take now is Brain Blitz, the old version with caffeine malate, its the best one I found with the perfect combo of clean energy/focus/good feeling

In 1998 I would take an old school Agent Orange, workout, fu<k a fire hydrant, beat up a cop, eat a phone book and start a fire by yelling at a tree. Today I make due with C4 Ultimate.

I got it on sale the other week, paid $112 shipped to my door for 3 tubs.

It's about the same as Pre-Kaged when I get it on sale.

I gotta be honest, I was a little disappointed with Gorilla Mode compared to what I was used to with Pre-Kaged....I guess I really do like the beta-alanine! Gorilla Mode isn't bad though, have only used it a few times though, not terrible, just not what I was expecting with all the hype.
