The next good stocks to buy, are gonna be
Gonna be semiconductor company stocks, electric vehicle stocks (competitor's to Tesla), and other tech stocks like data visualization, cloud-based information security, AI technology, and possibly even telecommunications networking equipment, etc.

buy $GGPI merging with Polestar which is Volvo's electric wing. Already have vehicles on the streets, moreso in Europe but seen a few in the US.
$20 billion market cap post merger (when GGPI is at $10), meanwhile $LCID Lucid Motors has $40+ billion market cap and hasn't shipped their cars yet.

Trading at $10.40 and literally can't go lower than $10 (SPAC floor price) before the merger so virtually no downside risk buying right now. Could easily go to $20.

get some LEAPs, long dated at the money options. it's like buying stock with leverage, double or triple your gains. just make sure the breakeven price is not too far from the current price.

$VIAC - ViaComCBS is potentially stupidly undervalued as well
7 P/E ratio compared to 61 for Netflix and 186 for Roku
being valued like it's a dying dinosaur cable TV stock
but they own PlutoTV which is free ad supported internet TV
and Paramount+ streaming service
plus CBS owns live streaming rights for sports like NFL
plus they own a lot of TV shows and movies which Netflix and other streaming services have to pay to license their content
stock should be trading at a minimum $75 right now but it's only $40. If they can grow PlutoTV and Paramount+ and the market gives them even a 20 P/E (the s&p 500 trades at 35 P/E), this stock should easily be $100+ again by 2024 (fell because of Archegos collapse, google it). I picked up January 2024 $40 call options. Should give me 3-10x return by 2024.

they're the only ones who know how to physically produce the most advanced chips. these other companies just design them but can't make them.
$ASML also good, they're the only company who makes the equipment that TSMC uses to make the advanced chips. They have a total monopoly on their laser technology.

They do seem to have advanced battery tech, better range than Tesla. But at $100k+ would still rather buy something else.

Their market cap is $500B... I see them as a $1T company in the next 3-5 years. More than that, I think they are immune to market crashes, or will at least bounce back quickly from one. Unless the world stops needing CPUs, they will be making money.

This entire thread can be summed up as... the fields with growth and technological innovation trade at higher price multiples... who would have thought (like yeah, obviously companies in these fields are going to grow over the next few years... so which ones trade at reasonable valuations? the ones that get mentioned will probably just be the overbid companies on the stock market that everyone already knows about... yawn)
but yeah, my opinion is that cloud services is the way to go. AMZN, GOOG, MSFT, CRM, ADBE, etc. reasonable valuations for companies with 20-25% long-term annual earnings growth forecasts. And I am also big on semiconductor companies (although I think its retarded when people entirely side with NVIDIA, or entirely side with AMD, or entirely with INTC, etc... there's a lot of potential in the industry over the next several years and a lot of it has already been bought up, but there's still good deals to be had)

WISH
XPEV (Chinese EV maker) with strong growth, already have cars here in Europe
Wish is near its all time lows and only has 3.9 billion market cap and 2.5 billion in revenue. They also have zero debt and $1.4B in cash. To put this in perspective, Shopify did 2.9 billion in revenue with a 180 billion market cap. I believe Wish is way oversold and undervalued.
After processing new information (Q2 results and management outlook for upcoming quarters), Wish's fair value is $14.77 per share. At $6, Wish is massively undervalued, and current prices are likely driven by a market overreaction to the Q2 earnings report and bearish all around short term market sentiment. I sold my AAPL and TSLA shares and doubled down on Wish this past week

Weird how no 1 mentioned pharmaceutical companies, I guess the 3 that made the covid vaccine are all paid by the government, so not exactly a profit.
