Probably better off just trying to print and forge your own card. Sure you might not be in the "system", but unless you work for the government, how many places are checking any database to verify your covid card is legit or not?

Too hard for average cels, your best bet would be to go to a vax site, ideally a mega one if your area has them and bribe the person scheduling you for the next appointment, logging your info for a card. These people make around average low entry wages (16-20hr)if not outright volunteering.

Would have much better chance than with a pharmacist who would have far more to lose and would be charging more.

Would just say you went to a pop up clinic and their internet was down or something if you get asked why not in the system

Nurses could volunteer at these things and take down the lot number and give it to themselves with the cap on. They could set up their family this way, too. I wonder how many do this instead of letting themselves get fired.

There is no system to be in beyond the place that you get the shot's.

If you lose your vax card you have to go back to them to get a new one.

Make your own card, your employer isn't going to verify it against anything. If you really are worried, go online, get the batch, location, and date off someone that posted theirs online - copy that info. If there ever is a government system for the info to go into, your numbers will be verified but with the wrong name, what are they going to say to contest you?

Brb gym requires or restaurant, I'm sure the front desk girl or hostess making 12 dollar an hour is running extensive background checks through a database to allow entry. Could prob print one off in 5 minutes of searching and go to vax required place and get in.

No, it's like finding someone who works at Experian who might be amenable to making a few bucks to increase your credit score. He wasn't suggesting picking up the phone and calling CVS to ask the pharm tech if they want to make a few extra bucks.
