anyone seen Old (2021)?
it's gets a lot of bad critiques but it actually wasn't that bad
some of the actors were pretty meh though, but the movie in itself was entertaining
also: would wife the daughter, hnggggg

I liked it but it drug on too long and was overly explanatory at the end, shyamalan treating the audience like theyre idiots. I will still see anything he puts out day one though because he at least tries to put out unique movies and isn't content with cookie cutter bull****.

just read the graphic novel where it's based on (Sandcastle), it's a lot better than the movie

there's a lot more mystery here, no explanation at all for what's happening, and nobody gets of the beach
also the baby doesn't die but is the sole survivior at the end of the book (waiting to die of old age)
artwork is beautiful in black and white
the movie would've worked better without the resort/illness/medical trial pitch as well imo

I liked it, Shyamalan may be past his prime, but i´ve enjoyed all his movies since The Visit, all solid suspense from there.

in general they should've shown the aging a lot more/better
from kids to middle age they use 3 different actors and that's it
for the adults they didn't even change that much when 30+ years passed
