they are amazing dogs when raised and train right- my coworker owned many pits and trusted them around his young kids. he would beat them to understand at a young age - I owned a pup that was dumped on my door step once he had barib wire imbedded in his lower jaw we kept him and fix him up- abused but a very good dog- i never followed this breed,but they are loyal dogs

We live in a rich neighborhood. I own a Caucasian Ovcharka and the neighbors have a Cane Corso. You'll just find larger, more expensive guard dogs. lmao
