Most of them got into UCLA by using the same practices. I’m convinced that being a straight white male is a disadvantage in looking for a job in 2021.

Not to be excessively pedantic, but black graduation rates are mostly unaffected by affirmative action.

I.e., if they were smart enough to graduate, they were probably smart enough to get in without affirmative action in the first place.

IMO, that is the ultimately damning piece of evidence against AA. Regardless of what you are trying to accomplish, the actual results are that unqualified students are admitted to whatever university and ultimately drop out before completion because they cannot handle the workload.

Californian's actually just voted AGAINST affirmative action

Then the chitlibs reintroduced it with more flowery language about how discrimination and racism is actually a good thing - and even more Californians voted against it






they thought it would be safe to bring it back after BLM riots but even Californians of all people don't like the idea lifting black people up by putting everyone else down

You're right, a HS diploma is larely a participation certificate. Now even a lot of college degrees are the same.

Yes where someone grows up does have a significant difference. That is a deep and wide subject.

110M/29M = 3.7/1 Ratio

So there you go, based on your statistics, for every one black person who supports AA, 3.7 Whites support it. I wouldn't call that a very small minority.

Whites are 60% of the population, not 70%.

Second of all, you're using the figures of those who support "soft affirmative action" (aka, initiatives that target black communities) rather than "hard affirmative action" (aka, initiative that require a admission quotas based on race).

My numbers are based on the matter at hand: who supports straight up racist policy.

I personally wish these kinds of programs worked, but they don't boyo and you can't make the data show that they do, sorry.

who would want to hire an accountant who wasn't even allowed to be graded in college? lol. these stupid liberal policies are just setting these kids/young adults up for failure when they graduate and realize they didn't do anything and haven't learned a thing.

also college acceptance is a joke. imagine thinking it's all about academics and then realizing they literally have quotas to meet in terms of racial and gender make up. real equality would be taking the best of the best and a couple on the line people each term, regardless of anything else. some terms would be more females than males and sometimes more blacks than whites, % wise anyway, but the reality is these schools have to specifically accept a certain number of each groups so it's really all a joke. this is why a lot of males are no longer going, because they realized it's all pointless and a sham where everyone but them is being catered to.

I never said they worked. Everyone knows they don't, but they make white middle class women feel good, like they're making a change, so it continues. I'm gonna be honest with you, I don't think half the black people I know, even in my own family understand what AA is.
