This thread motivated me for chest and shoulders today. Slept like chit and murdered my legs yesterday so wasn't feeling it.
Thanks breh!!! Looking thick, solid, tight.
You're in your 40's and probably in the top 1% of your age group. So many degenerate fat PHUCKS out there. Myron.

Being leaner, I can blend in pretty good. I actually hide my development as best I can in business settings. It is an unnecessary distraction. I have been self employed my whole life and lets be 100% honest. The 'muscle head' stereotype is NOT a good one. Hell, even I think it sometimes!
At this point in my life, I am just trying to stay fit and enjoy myself. I eat whatever I want and control my composition totally with cals in cals out. Been doing IF for 3 + years and now doing longer fasts on non-workout days. 20-22hr.etc.

In 100% disclosure, I would still be natty if I truly did not need TRT. I had a significant head injury in 09 and figured out 3 years later my test levels were below the bottom of the scale. After going on TRT, I dabbled a little with going higher. But again 100% truth, my first bike ride, I thought my stuff was fake. Felt like it did almost nothing. It was not fake. I was just already at a point of good development and many years of training so there was no 'magic'.do you use anything other than "test" your limits? srs question
BUT...over the last 7 years it has made a difference. Never enough to tell on a week by week, or even month time frame, but over years I know it did allow me to exceed what my natural limits were/are. Specifically being able to hold the mass as I drop below 10%. Otherwise, I dont think the difference is significant.
I posted pics of myself still lifetime natty and now and they are not all that different. I carry about 7-10 lbs more in a lean state now, but that is 7 years later. So 1-1.5lb gain PER YEAR of training since turning in my nattie card.
I have never gone FULL SEND. And playing with bicycles would best be classified as "beginner" bike rides. Vets who have been in the game a long time told me I would have to take the training wheels off to get any further. But that is not my goals. I dont think I could handle being dependent on supps to maintain my size and strength. I can keep my size and strength on 600ng/dl. I dont see a point in jacking up, only to loose what I gain.
Everyone can have their own goals and I respect peoples choices. For me, as I get more grey hairs than not, I look forward to just enjoying myself. Joint issues, broken neck 11 years ago and spinal fracture 3 years ago, make me just want to feel good and enjoy life.

Im afraid one bad session with a dude who can wrap me up would leave my shoulders at a point where it would take me months to recover!Good work OP

On more comment to the dink people. I cant help myself. I am not sure if some of the emasculated youth of this world realize it, but an erection actually sticks up and does not hang down. A dudes junk hanging down is not an erection FWIW. If you have a small belly button size penis, maybe you might not be used to this.
Much like my physique, I am not the biggest in the world, but I am certainly not the smallest. I guess I should take it as a compliment that a bunch of people think my flaccid man part is an erection. But then again....not so much. Srs, that is kind of creepy....

If you were a 280lb monster and then went on TRT but kept your training intensity the same and diet the same you would most likely be able to maintain all the muscle you gained but would make no progress size wise. As long as you were on TRT though there would be no catabolism. Its still the law of thermodynamics and Muscle protein synthesis/muscle protein breakdown chemistry/biology. If you consume enough energy, dont expend too much energy, and stimulate the muscle, and have enough sex hormone you will not lose muscle tissue. Just not at all how the body works in any capacity. There is no muscle level attributed to any dose of gear.I dont see a point in jacking up, only to loose what I gain.

Does not matter though. I am happy with where I am. I dont think I would want to be much bigger. Except maybe a for a single day
. Any guy that thinks this level of physique is what women want, is terribly wrong. My wife is not a big fan of where I bought my body back to. She liked me about 20lbs less and definitely less defined. Not quite a dad bod, but 'in shape' and not overly muscular. We do this to ourselves because it is us that have the issues
. And truth is, it is other men that are impressed far more than women...RAW lifts
