Real response from someone that has done it several times and coached others through it.
1. Lower your drugs and/or pick your compounds better. This is ultimately the solution but won't actually help you immediately. RBC creation is a long and energy intensive process
2. Donate blood. Obvious.
3. Cardio. Avoiding this is what got you in this position to start with
4. IP6. This should be an absolute last resort. It work almost too well. It made me borderline anemic

Double RBC isn't any better. They take twice as much but they double the donation interval
A walk isn't really cardio dude. You need to actually challenge your CV system. Get your ass on the step mill or go run

When I hit the treadmill for the 3 miles its max incline at 3-4 speed. Still just started that so Dr wants new blood in 3 months, just seeing if diet would be the cause more so than bicycles,.

This is primarily and issue of poor drug selection and/or too much and you being too fat and out of shape. Being harsh and blunt here but its the truth. Trying to fix this outside of improving those things is just a band aid

If you would use some reading comprehension I said back in 2015, its 2021 if you were not aware.
This is why I wont, because instead of helping you want to project your issues onto me about my frauding.......can we move along or do you want to argue with a stranger on the internet for a few more minutes?

Cereal answer: lose weight and get your hormones checked.
If you're on vitamin T, lower your intake for a while or go donate blood.

HBc usually refers to Hepatitis B core antigen, but I'll assume you meant HgB (hemoglobin)
HCT --> Hematocrit, usually always 3x your HgB
These two are affected by hemo-dilution/concentration...if you do these fasted/no water, the values will be higher
I'm not entirely sure what a high RDW means except that your red blood cells are of different size...which could mean a slew of things like thalassemia, iron deficiency, etc.
Can you post your values, be sure to include MCV (mean corpuscular volume).

no hate OP but there is absolutely no way you are 6'4, 300 lbs 18-22% BF. If you are just beginning to walk, no mention of lifting weights, having fuked up hormones makes this more unbelievable.
so the first step is being honest with yourself. Even if you had all of these things going for you, most people tend to underestimate their body fat % rather than overestimate. Truth is even if you lost 40 lbs, you'd probably still be obese (25%+ BF).
Walking is a good start, start off slowly and do what you can reasonably manage. I probably wouldn't run as cardio given how overweight you are. You can progress to speed walking and what not as well. I'd also recommend other forms of cardio like rowing/airbike as those are less hard on your joints and you get a decent cardio workout. Do what you can reasonably sustain for 30 minutes, if that is walking so be it, but it's progress over time is what you really want to see.
Set a goal for yourself, , i.e: 5 lbs/month of weight loss. By then you will be 240 lbs in a year which isn't bad. Maybe get that down to 220 and you're probably pretty good. No need to rush it, go on crash diets, do hours and hours of cardio, etc. Somewhere along the road I would get on a weight training program, strength is good and you want to keep muscle as well.

My son was my inspiration, don't want to be in a wheel chair when he graduates high school or his prom etc etc......just been hitting a few snags here and there. Covid really hit me hard.....was working with the Marine Corp at the time and even their gym was shut down......I got lazy and complacent.....just trying to get back into it.
Goal is 260-270 at/around 12-15% bf......I got a ways to go but I am focusing more and more.
