Can gyno return after surgery if you take Fin?

Fin didn’t cause my gyno, I had it way before I started taking Fin.

I got the surgery to fix my gyno, but if I continue taking Fin can the chit grow back?

The surgery cuts out the gland. You can't get gyno again after that.

If its properly done. If the surgeon fuks up or leaves a little then it will come back.
