Compared with that, the human life is only a blink, just a little time. In that short time - people are born, laugh, cry, fight, are injured, feel joy, sadness, hate someone, love someone. You're gonna be a disabled guy who's still not even 6 foot.

Is it really worth it?

Good luck i guess though, you're a grown ass man but this is a terrible idea.

just my personal opinion here but these surgeons should probably refocus their talents on the true scourge of society that being HTC ladies who frequent chipotle for lunch then proceed to rectally birth humongous dumper cobras that clog toilets resulting in many hours of aggressive plungering I mean couldn’t they come up with some procedure where they replace those worn out fart sockets with some sort of mesh so these ladies just end up farting out a colossal pile of low tide scented chocolate spaghetti

2) no

OP make sure you check your surgeon's reviews & ratings on the RealSelf website. That's how I was able to narrow down my choice for my loose skin surgery.

Don't do it OP.

What is more important is:
- character
- integrity
- intelligence
- the way you treat others
- sense of humour
- health
- reliability
- being good with kids
- net worth AND willingness to spend it on others

Physical attributes make up about 10% of the overall package.

Don't listen to the misc, the view isn't that good from up here (srs)

Do you currently have an unusually long arms and torso? If not, get ready to look like a disproportionate clown. Imagine adding 5 inches to your legs while keeping your manlet reach. I'd be embarrassed to take my cloth off, and yes it'll be very noticeable. Get ready to hear the "T-Rex arms" jokes often.

Can't blame you for wanting to get LL in this day and age (brutal time to live for manlets), but going over 3 inches is a bad decision in my book.

It isn’t that bad. Dating pool is a lot smaller, but life is the same. It isn’t abnormally short.

Misc exaggerates the significance of every physical/superficial trait.

I can't believe it took 7 pages of replies before someone finally addressed the elephant in the room: OP's arms will be disproportionately short relative to his height. For the unaware boyos, a persons arm span stretched out horizontally should be at least equal to their height (measured from middle finger to middle finger). Some people have arm length's greater than their height, but 99% of all humans have arm lengths equal to their height.

Let's assume the absolute best case scenario that OP has a full recovery and goes back to living a relatively normal life. Most people would notice that his body proportions seem "off". While most people probably won't be able to consciously detect what's "off", they can still perceive that something seems odd.

How do I know? because I'm a 5'9.5" manlet who frauds by wear lifts in my shoes. Whenever I get aggressive and wear 3" lifts, it makes my arms seem disproportionately short and it looks awkward. Not only that, having disproportionate height relative to the other bones in your body will cause an unnatural gait and cause knee/back/ankle problems.

Already discussed with my doc. There won't be a big discepency in proportions. Many who undergo LL do look more proportionate after. As a side note as a fundamental thing, Research into the science behind proportions behind fashion models if you think long legs and short arms is unaesthetic to the eye.
