Yeah it’s a shame misc really is dying. And keeping it real the Fury Wilder event completely overlooked the Olympia this year

Nice tree trunks. His gut also shows HGH is great for growth too. Anyone know if MK 677 causes as much growth in the gut as HGH?

He came in looking sharper last year but still took the O so that's all that matters

Didn't think Curry deserved 2nd tbh

Classic was no surprise and went exactly like it should have

Don't care about the other divisions lol

Hot take but if I was the judge I'd have Ramy in 3th.

Hadi 1th, Curry 2rd. Srs.

I had it Hadi/Ramy for first
Walker 3rd
Hunter/Curry for 4th

I know Hunter was holding water and struggled near the end of posing but he came in waaaaaay better than I thought he would for his second 0. I didn't think Curry looked sharp at all. My placings might be slightly biased towards who I prefer outside of the stage though lol

This is a lie my man. I promise you that people do appreciate muscular legs, women in particular.

And everything went as expected on the olympia, at least in the categories that matter. Been following Bumsteads preparation and it as obvious he was going to take it again. I dont see those two manlets taking it away from him ever.

I also admit I'm biased towards old school bodybuilding. No doubt my eyes kept going to Hadi who had that tremendous taper, hitting vaccums, best conditioning in the show as well. He also has so much muscle that he didn't get dwarfed by Ramy at all despite the height difference.

I like Nick's attitude and I respect his conditioning and mostly how well and smooth his posing is. Dude hits the poses without struggling and makes the others look like amateurs in comparison. My biggest knock is his blocky midsection, it's really an eyesore to me which is sad because his abs themselves are so deeply cut. The big waist also makes his legs look smaller even though they aren't.

I mean he has a decent point. I normally agree with you on stuff, but legs in shorts come down to calves. Calves come down to inserts mostly, which, if you don't follow bodybuilding and musculature, you don't realize strengths/weaknesses.

Chicks care about "legs" but they really want a guy with a butt bigger than them, who isn't chicken legged. But if you're wearing anything other than ranger panties, no one can tell how big your legs are unless your glutes are huge. Your lower legs are what most people see, and even world's biggest bodybuilders with poor inserts can have (by IG standards) DYEL calves.

So if you're lifting for aesthetics and women, as long as your glutes are okay, no ones cares about your thighs because by the time a girl see's those she's naked too, and if you have big ones and small calves, good luck showing those off in normal life.

Definitely right about Hadi. My wife who knows nothing about any of these guys and never watched a bodybuilding show in her life commented how lean and muscular he looked compared to everyone else

I hope Nick takes the full year off to prep for next years O to see what he can really do with a huge off season. I doubt he already plateau'd and it's obvious he's willing to push his body to the limits to come out on top

This year was the first time in a long time I was excited for the O. Arnold classic 2 weeks ago was also a nice little preview of what to expect imo and it didn't disappoint

It's not necessarily synthol, but he definitely had a few weird points sticking out of his delts where they shouldn't be.

That's true. It's just that the only way I know how to keep my glute aesthetics is to work legs properly. Not really trying to do direct glute exercises fr fr

What shorts are you's wearing? 3/4 denims from the 90s?

You can see your quads in almost every pair of shorts you wear.
