yeah if you look at the top elite tech schools in America/Canada etc., a lot or most of the STEM faculty/PhD students are of Chinese descent.

The top Chinese AI companies like SenseTime offer them crazy amounts of money (well over $500k, or into the millions for the best of the best) to move back to China and work for them. They also recruit some people who aren't ethnic Chinese, but yeah a lot of the elite faculty/students in the West are Chinese anyway so it's easy to get them to bring that knowledge back home.

And the CCP themselves also heavily subsidizes AI research, I've heard from faculty they give more generous grants than America gives AI faculty in the USA, as AI is a major key pillar of the CCP's 10, 25, 50 year plans.

What if the US moved every person that works for Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co to the US? Srs... what’s the value, the raw materials, the employees or the factory?

Isn’t that mostly what this is about?

No, this is about AI research and which country has the most experience deploying AI for real world applications. No other country has more experience deploying AI than China.

Semiconductors and the reliance on Taiwan/TSMC for a lot of our cutting edge chips is a separate, but also important issue. TSMC will be building cutting edge fabs in the US very soon with likely very generous grants from the US government, who of course doesn't want to be cut off from advanced computer chips if/when China invades Taiwan

This is true. Politicians do not find their way into office to serve the people. They are all professional criminals who want nothing but to steal the wealth of this nation and turn it over to their friends, allies, and those who can get them reelected to keep doing it.

They all laugh at all of us picking sides and rooting for them,because they are there literally raiding the chicken coop.

It's beyond idiotic.



China has already won because their government rules their people, and they don't care about the people they rule. They would sacrifice 1 billion of their citizens to get rid of the US, because China will live on with 2.3 Billion people and America will be gone. Our own people have lost, no one has won.

China didnt make half our population fat homos. And even if they propaganda and push for this, its our own fault and lack or structure in society that has brought us to this fate.
