Rate my flatmate leftovers meal (pic)
Jamaican flatmate left to move in with his gf and left me stuff he can't eat and boy it was a decent:

4 chicken thighs with authentic jerk rub
300 grams of cherry tomatoes with extra virgin olive oil, garlic and salt
600 grams of coleslaw
3 fiery chillis that I simpliy cut up inside the coleslaw because ****kk you cheers

Drizzle the oil and shake the container so the tomatoes get nice and coated
The oil wont slide off due to wet tomatoes if you wait (hydrophobic lipids)
The oil coating makes any spice like salt gsrlic powder etc stick nicely
