Public service announcement - Crypto is not the future...

You guys realize they are only letting crypto run so they can work out all the bugs in their own digital currency right? Once the central bankers decide they've had enough, they will turn your ability to use crypto off like a tap.

They own the nodes, they own the servers, but more importantly they own the politicians and governments. All they have to do is lobby politicians, tell them that the system is going to crash or crypto is enabling terrorists and criminal organizations to function with impunity, and it will be outlawed within a matter of months. BRB "I'll still have my numbers on a USB stick nocoincel".....Yeh but guess what that will be worth when everyone realizes it no longer has the potential to be used mainstream because all the major exchanges have been shut down? It will be worthless srs.

No hate. Ride the rocket while you can, get as much as possible. But don't think this is the future, son. Bankers own you. They are letting you play the game for the time being, but if you're not careful they will steal all your toys.

What happens when they shut down all of the websites that sell crypto like coinbase, crypto.com, etc? Would everyone just lose all their crypto that they had on those websites?

Imagine using centralised exchanges in 2021
A young bull and an old bull were standing atop a hill looking at a bunch of heifers in a field below.

The young bull says "Let's run down this hill and fuk one of those heifers."

The old bull replies "No. Let's walk down there, and fuk them all."

And this is why XRP will be the Amazon, ********, and Google combined of crypto. Ripple (XRP) is saying the same thing as you; all countries and central banks will create their own digital currency. XRP will be the one to bridge them all.

Great sleuthing, OP. I'll bet that the big corporations and countries who are currently building their Blockchain foundations will give you a hefty bonus for steering them away from a fad. Better send them a fax instead of an email to warn them about it.

major countries will not allow crypto to replace their national currency. If crypto starts to threaten major currencies, it will be **** down and anyone in possession will be a criminal.

Think McFly Think.

You really think gov'ts are going to relinquish the power to print currency to control your lives through economic social engineering?

True, money to be made, but like with every scheme there will be bag holding LOSERS.

When it happens is impossible to predict. Unless youre part of the elite...

Issue is there could be some winners still on certain coins that will clear the regulations whenever they come up with somthing. I don’t foresee them nuking the entire

It would fukking help if the fed made an actual department or office dedicated to crypto policy so every new administration doesn’t have to get things explained to them like they are children by private sector.

5-10% of portfolio in Crypto. If it moons brb what color lambo you guys getting? If it crashes it won't really affect long term real estate/stock market investments that hold 90-95% of your capital.

I'm not going to try to convince anyone or shill Crypto. But at this point you'd have to be a fool not to take profits in it.

I think that the idea behind it is that it i cannot be taken down like that.

Based on my understanding of how the internet works, nobody actually 'owns it' - and blockchain technology is built upon this principle.

Sure, the infrastructure is owned by the governments and other stakehodlers, however i don't know if they would all be able to just agree on canceling it?

I invest weekly into Crpyto and agree 100% with OP on this one.

Using it to make money weekly but I've been cashing out along the way incase someone pulls the rug out from underneath it.
