Why didn't you contact support after the fact? Even if you lost access they claimed they'd help out with transfers.

I didn't realize bnb had gotten so pricey. Logged in and saw I had 2.3 bnb. Nice surprise.

I tried about a year ago and couldn't get anywhere. I never did KYC and the only information I had was my log-in information and that wasn't good enough
